The other morning, David and I (accidentally?) woke up early and we decided to head to our favorite breakfast place in celebration of our lack of laziness. So we headed over to the Pancake Factory to eat some of the best breakfast food. They have the best flapjacks I've ever had, which yes, they are different than pancakes. They're almost crepe-thin pancakes with crispy edges and so yummy that I hardly need any syrup. They're great with creamy butter and their homemade whipped cream which is so thick it's almost like butter itself. Oh and should I get started on the bacon? Yes you say? It's the thickest, most crispy and perfectly seasoned bacon I've ever had. David ordered the eggs benedict which he's been craving for quite some time now, and I'm pretty sure it lived up to his hopes. mmmm! My mouth is watering just thinking about it again!
What are your favorite breakfast spots?

Lovely photos, and the food looks so good my mouth is watering!
Can I just ask though, do you not HAVE flapjacks in America? Because I can assure you that those are not flapjacks. In England, flapjacks are really sweet oat bars. If you haven't tries a british-style flapjack, you're missing out.

Quing: thank you so much! I'm glad you stopped by and I hope you keep up with everything as well. I really appreciate it.
Ellie: usually over here most people consider flap jacks an alternative name to pancakes. However, this is the only place that I've ever gone that consider it something different. I've never hear of those type of flap jacks but they sound delicious and I'm now determined how to find and taste some! And thank you for the lovely compliment.

Katie: that's a bummer because they're REALLY good! I'm determined to find a recipe that replicates them so I can make them at home whenever I want to!
